Beginning the End

Tis the end of spring break 2009 on this Sunday, March something. So-- in effort to start on my endless list of todo's, I wanted to slide easily into doing so by appointing a self-assigned assignment. Some may call it procrastination... I really don't care. Because I woke up next to my best friend reciting everything that I accomplished over the break, I find it appropriate that I do the same at the end of the day.. in a sad re-enactment of some type of horrible little foreclosure.

#1 Priority of Spring Break: Do Something Cool Everyday
Day 1 Thursday: Took dance class, very happy to have done so because I NEVER have time anymore! ...and I'm so out of shape

Day 2 Friday: Had to have been something cool because I don't remember what it was and yet I firmly remember that Saturday I was exhausted with a capital SNORE

Day 3 Saturday: Took Julia swimsuit shopping because I borrowed hers a billion years ago and Darko ate the crotch out, so it definitley wasn't in returnable condition, after which I went to Rojay's crawfish boil which is always doublemint pleasure with most of the old fam, then I worked for a couple of hours and then went straight home to pre-drink with my J.Ho folk and the bf plus one [who else but Jorge,] and then we went off our separate ways - them to some homey funliness, us to Crobar where I was, shall I say.. fiercly babysitting, it was fab =] Needless to say I was tired on top of tired, and I came down with something, hereby not being able to make my rehearsal....

Day 4 Sunday: Had rehearsal in the morning but had to bail on account of the flu.. sucked butt. I was in bed until work which is always good. Money is good. Because me and my lovely co-servers took advantage of the $5 rolls at another sushi place, you would think we're sick of it? We're not. We spent good times laughing at our friend because of her disorientation at the world for being hungover. Got home, movie with the man. The next day I was [rarely]extremely late to work, but my co-babes saved my butt and the bossman didn't notice.

Day 5 Monday: Worked all day. Did something at night.. can't..re...member.....

Day 6 Tuesday: Roxy with the girls. Super fun.. surprisingly.

Day 7 Wednesday: Worked all day.. came home and Mark wanted to drink so he brought some drank and we rented a scary movie. Fun.

Day 8 Thursday: Sushi with the best broads, then Kareoke with the man. Always a good use of a Thursday

Day 9 Friday: Planned to go to Six Flags but ended up sleeping in and then searching for bahn mi which was never found and then went to the in-laws to spend an afternoon swimming and laying out. lots of pizza and chicken nuggets and coolness.

Day 10: Saturday: Met my woman up for some bahn mi and tap and then went to the mall to scope things out and get an outfit for the evening. After scavaging, found a hot number and headed to a crawfish boil with the man. Met some white-hot cool peeps and wanted to stay but had to head out BACK to crobar to celebrate a co-sushi-boy's 24th with the other sushi slangers. From Crobar to Zepp, many of us didn't make it.. got too.. crunk... all in all.. a good night, and a good ending to the endorphine-pumpingness.

Today: Woke up, layed in bed and swam through the sheets for a while with the mate, picked up some pizza, feeded, went to work. Made enough money to be able to clock out early, watch a movie [Hortan Hears a Who!] with the dude, and here we are - computer room, booked, and getting back into the cycle of ant-ly nature.

Good Break
